يحقّ للمدرّب المعتمد طلب إصدار شهادات رسميّة من BS Training International للمتدرّبين في الدورات التي يقيمها ويشرف عليها بمقابل كلفة تشغيليّة رمزيّة، وذلك بعد اعتماد المحتوى التدريبيّ والتأكّد من مطابقته للمعايير الفنّيّة.The certified trainer may request official certificates from BS Training International for trainees in courses they conduct and supervise, for a nominal operational cost, after the training content is approved and checked against the technical standards.

🎓 الكفاءة المهنيّة والأكاديميّةProfessional and Academic Competence

التخصّص العلميّ/المهنيّ: يجب أن يحمل المدرّب مؤهّلاً أكاديميّاً في مجال تخصّصه، أو خبرة عمليّة ميدانيّة موثّقة.Scientific/Professional Specialization: The trainer must hold an academic qualification in their field of specialization, or documented practical field experience.
تأهيل التدريب الاحترافيّ: الحصول على شهادة «تدريب المدرّبين» (TOT) أو ما يعادلها من جهة معترف بها، بما يثبت إلمامه بمبادئ تعليم الكبار وإدارة العمليّة التدريبيّة.Professional Training Qualification: A “Training of Trainers” (TOT) certificate or equivalent from a recognized body, showing knowledge of adult-education principles and training-process management.

استيعاب نظام ESCO: قدرة المدرّب على صياغة «أهداف سلوكيّة»؛ يجب أن يثبت المدرّب أنّه يبني «جدارات» محدّدة وليس مجرّد إلقاء نظريّ.Understanding the ESCO System: The trainer’s ability to formulate “behavioral objectives”; the trainer must show they build specific “competencies” and not just deliver theoretical lectures.
منهجيّة التيسير: تبنّي أسلوب التيسير وإدارة النقاش التفاعليّ بدلاً من أسلوب التلقين التقليديّ.Facilitation Methodology: Adopting facilitation and interactive discussion management rather than the traditional spoon-feeding approach.
جودة المحتوى: في حال كان المدرّب يقدّم محتواه الخاصّ، يجب أن يخضع المحتوى لمعايير الجودة والمواءمة المعتمدة لدينا.Content Quality: If the trainer provides their own content, it must be subject to our approved quality and alignment standards.

⚠️ أحكام عامّة⚠️ General Provisionsيحتفظ BS Training International بحقّ مراجعة اعتماد المدرّب دوريّاً بناءً على تقييمات المتدرّبين وجودة الأداء، ويحقّ للمؤسّسة تعليق أو سحب الاعتماد (وحقّ إصدار الشهادات) في حال الإخلال بالميثاق الأخلاقيّ والفنّيّ.BS Training International reserves the right to periodically review the trainer’s accreditation based on trainee evaluations and performance quality. The institution may suspend or withdraw the accreditation (and the right to issue certificates) in case of a breach of the ethical and technical charter.

سياسة التدقيق والامتثال (Audit Policy)Audit and Compliance Policyللحفاظ على موثوقيّة الاعتماد، تحتفظ BS Training International بحقّ التدقيق الفنّيّ العشوائيّ (Audit) على المناهج وآليّات التقييم لدى المراكز المعتمدة. وفي حال رصد أيّ انتهاك متعمَّد لمعايير النزاهة أو الجودة، يحقّ للمؤسّسة اتّخاذ إجراءات تصحيحيّة تصل إلى تعليق الاعتماد لحماية موثوقيّة الشبكة.To maintain the reliability of the accreditation, BS Training International reserves the right to conduct random technical audits of the curricula and evaluation mechanisms of accredited centers. In the event of any intentional violation of integrity or quality standards, the institution may take corrective measures up to the suspension of accreditation to protect the network’s reliability.

ثالثاً: ميثاق الشرف وحالات سحب الاعتماد3. Code of honour & revocation clause

من خلال الحفاظ على حالة الاعتماد النشطة مع مؤسّسة بي إس إنترناشيونال (رقم الشركة المسجّل في بريطانيا: 17259090)، يتعهّد حامل الاعتماد رسميّاً بالحفاظ على الأمانة المهنيّة، واحترام الملكيّة الفكريّة، وأن يوضّح لعملائه بشكل قاطع أنّ هذه الشهادة للتطوير المهنيّ المستمرّ (CPD) فقط. إنّ أيّ تزوير أو تقديم مغلوط لهذه الشهادة على أنّها رخصة حكوميّة أو درجة أكاديميّة سيؤدّي إلى سحب وإلغاء الاعتماد فوراً وبشكل دائم من السجلّ الرقميّ دون إشعار مسبق، وتحتفظ المؤسّسة بكافّة حقوقها القانونيّة في ملاحقة المخالفين.By maintaining an active accreditation status with BS International (UK registered company No. 17259090), the holder formally pledges to maintain professional honesty, respect intellectual property, and clearly state to their clients the CPD nature of this credential. Any misrepresentation of this certificate as a governmental license or an academic degree will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of the accreditation from the registry without prior notice, and the institution reserves all legal rights to pursue violators.
