دليل المدرّبين ومزوّدي التدريب المعتمدين من BS International: متى يُستعمل شعار BS وكيف، وكيف تذكرون اعتمادكم بصياغة صحيحة وشفّافة، وما يحقّ لكم.A guide for trainers and training providers accredited by BS International: when and how to use the BS logo, how to word your accreditation correctly and transparently, and what you are entitled to.

من يحقّ له استعمال الشعار؟Who may use the logo?

يحقّ استعمال شعار BS للمدرّبين ومزوّدي التدريب الحاصلين على اعتماد ساري المفعول من BS International، طوال مدّة الاعتماد فقط، وللجهة أو الشخص المسمّى في الاعتماد وحده.The BS logo may be used by trainers and training providers holding a valid BS International accreditation, only while it remains valid, and only by the person or organisation named in the accreditation.

افعلواDo

  • ضعوا الشعار مقروناً دائماً بعبارة الاعتماد ورقمه (انظر «كيف تذكرون الاعتماد» أدناه).Always show the logo together with the accreditation statement and number (see “How to mention your accreditation” below).
  • ضعوه منفصلاً بجانب شعاركم أو اسمكم، وبحجم لا يتجاوز شعاركم، فأنتم الجهة المنفّذة.Place it separately next to your own logo or name, and no larger than your logo, since you are the delivering party.
  • اتركوا حوله مساحة فارغة لا تقلّ عن ربع عرضه.Keep clear space around it of at least a quarter of its width.
  • الحدّ الأدنى للحجم: 80 بكسل على الشاشة، و2 سم في المطبوعات.Minimum size: 80 px on screen and 2 cm in print.
  • على الصور والخلفيّات الداكنة استعملوا نسخة الخلفيّة البيضاء.On photos and dark backgrounds, use the white-background version.
  • استعملوا الملفّات الأصليّة المنزّلة من هذه الصفحة فقط.Use only the original files downloaded from this page.

لا تفعلواDon’t

  • تغيير ألوان الشعار أو نسبه، أو تدويره، أو اقتطاع جزء منه، أو إضافة ظلال ومؤثّرات.Changing the logo’s colours or proportions, rotating or cropping it, or adding shadows or effects.
  • دمج الشعار مع شعاركم أو مع أيّ شعار آخر في علامة واحدة.Merging the logo with your own or any other logo into a single mark.
  • استعماله بطريقة توحي بأنّ BS هي الجهة المنظِّمة أو المنفِّذة للدورة أو الفعاليّة.Using it in a way that suggests BS is the organiser or provider of the course or event.
  • وضعه في ترويسة مراسلات أو عقود أو فواتير، أو على شهاداتكم بغير الشروط المبيّنة في «شعار BS على شهاداتكم».Placing it on letterheads, contracts or invoices, or on your certificates other than under the conditions in “The BS logo on your certificates”.
  • عبارات «معتمد دوليّاً» أو «حكوميّ» أو «شهادة بريطانيّة رسميّة»، أو كتابة «BS UK» وحدها.Phrases such as “internationally accredited”, “government-approved” or “official UK certificate”, or writing “BS UK” on its own.
  • استعماله صورةً لحساباتكم على التواصل الاجتماعيّ أو ضمن اسم نطاق أو حساب.Using it as a social-media profile picture or in a domain or account name.
  • استعماله بعد انتهاء الاعتماد أو تعليقه، أو من غير المسمّى في الاعتماد (فروع، موظّفون، شركاء).Using it after the accreditation expires or is suspended, or by anyone not named in it (branches, staff, partners).

شعار BS على شهاداتكمThe BS logo on your certificates

مسموح بهذه الشروطAllowed under these conditions

  • يوضع الشعار في أسفل الشهادة لا في ترويستها، وبحجم أصغر من شعاركم.Place the logo at the bottom of the certificate, not in its header, and smaller than your own logo.
  • تُكتب تحته عبارة الاعتماد ورقمه (السطر الأوّل أدناه).Write the accreditation statement and number beneath it (first line below).
  • يُكتب على الشهادة سطر يوضّح أنّها صادرة عنكم لا عن BS (السطر الثاني أدناه).Add a line stating that the certificate is issued by you, not by BS (second line below).
  • لا تستعملوا أختام BS أو توقيعاتها أو ترقيماً يشبه ترقيم شهاداتها، ولا عبارة «دورة معتمدة من BS» ما لم يكن البرنامج نفسه معتمداً.Do not use BS stamps, signatures or numbering resembling BS certificates, nor “BS-accredited course” unless the programme itself is accredited.
  • الإذن صالح للشهادات الصادرة خلال مدّة سريان الاعتماد فقط.This permission covers only certificates issued while the accreditation is valid.

💡 اعتماد المدرّب شخصيّ: لا يُستعمل باسم مركز أو مؤسّسة، ولا يجعل دوراتك «برامج معتمدة» ما لم يُعتمد البرنامج نفسه.Trainer accreditation is personal: it may not be used in the name of a centre, and it does not make your courses “accredited programmes” unless the programme itself is accredited.

ما يحقّ للمدرّب المعتمدRights of the accredited trainer

  • استعمال صفة «مدرّب معتمد من BS International» وشعار BS وفق هذه الشروط، طوال مدّة الاعتماد.Use the title “BS International Accredited Trainer” and the BS logo under these terms while accredited.
  • إدراج اسمك ورقمك في سجلّ BS للتحقّق العلنيّ الفوريّ.Your name and number listed in the BS registry for instant public verification.
  • طلب شهادات BS لمتدرّبي دوراتك بعد اعتماد المحتوى، بكلفة تشغيليّة رمزيّة.Request BS certificates for your trainees once the content is approved, for a nominal operational cost.
  • وضع شعار BS على الشهادات التي تصدرها بنفسك، وفق شروط «شعار BS على شهاداتكم».Place the BS logo on certificates you issue yourself, under “The BS logo on your certificates”.
  • شهادة الاعتماد، وبطاقة المدرّب المعتمد، وتصميم إعلان الاعتماد.Your accreditation certificate, Accredited Trainer card and announcement design.
  • أولويّة الترشيح في المشاريع التدريبيّة لـBS ومزوّديها المعتمدين.Priority nomination for training projects run by BS and its accredited providers.
  • اعتماد لمدّة سنتين قابل للتجديد.A two-year accreditation, renewable.
